有限内固定结合外固定支架与双侧钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折临床观察 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨有限内固定结合外固定支架与双侧钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折临床疗效情况。方法:分析30例胫骨平台骨折患者临床资料,根据固定治疗方式不同进行分组,双侧钢板内固定组12例和联合固定组18例。结果:联合固定组胫骨平台骨折患者手术时间、术中出血量、切口长度、骨折愈合时间均低于双侧钢板内固定组,联合固定组胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节治疗优良率均高于双侧钢板内固定组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有限内固定结合外固定支架治疗胫骨平台骨折创伤小,效果好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To approach clinical result of treatment tibial plateau fracture by limited internal fixation combined with external fixation and steel plate on both sides internal fixation. Method The clinical data of 30 cases of tibial plateau fracture patients,which was to be divided into two groups,steel plate on both sides internal fixation group 12 cases and joint fixed group 18 cases. Results The operation time、Intraoperative blood loss、length of incision、fracture healing time of joint fixed group were lower than steel plate on both sides internal fixation group,the rate of good knee joint treatment of joint fixed group were better than steel plate on both sides internal fixation group,the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The injury is little of treatment tibial plateau fracture by limited internal fixation combined with external fixation and steel plate on both sides internal fixation,result is good,which is to be used.
