摘要
教学活动的全过程是由许多教学要素构成的复杂多变的有机整体 ,教学的效果则取决于教学诸要素构成的合力。教学诸要素之间是相互联系、相互制约、相互作用的 ,它们之间的互动式良性运行是获取最大合力 ,收到最佳教学效果的源泉 ,也是高校课堂教学改革的突破口。
The process of teaching is composed of many complex and changeable elements.The effect is decided by the combination of many elements.They are related to each other,one is influenced by another.The good interactive operation among them will achieve the best teaching,which is also the breakthrough of class teaching reform of colleges.
