摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,以ODS柱为色谱柱 ,分别用 0 0 2mol·L-1磷酸氢二钾 -乙腈 (10 0∶180 )及 0 0 2mol·L-1磷酸氢二钾 -甲醇 (10 0∶10 )作为流动相 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm ,测定异福酰胺胶囊中利福平及异烟肼和吡嗪酰胺的含量。利福平的线性范围在 13 4 9~ 5 3 98μg·ml-1,异烟肼的线性范围在 30 0~12 0 0 μg·ml-1,吡嗪酰胺的线性范围在 90 0~ 36 0 0 μg·ml-1。平均回收率在 10 0 1%~ 10 0 3%。方法快速、灵敏、准确。
A RP-HPLC method has been established for the determination of compound rifampicin capsules. Rifampicin, isoniazid and pyrazinamide in the compound rifampicin capsules can be separated on ODS column and detected at 254nm. 0.02mol·L~ -1 KH 2PO 4 -acetonitrile(100∶180)as mobile phase for rifampicin and 0.02mol·L~ -1 KH 2PO 4 -methanol(100∶10) as the mobile phase for isoniazid and pyrazinamide. The Linear range is 13.5~54.0μg·ml~ -1, 30.0~120.0μg·ml~ -1 and 90.0~360.0μg·ml~ -1 for rifampicin, isoniazid and pyrazinamide respectively. The average recovery is 100.1~100.3%. The method is simple, rapid and reliable.
