摘要
目的 :建立控制盐酸西替利嗪中甲苯与二氯甲烷的残留量的方法。方法 :采用岛津 Porapak Q(Φ3.2 mm×2 .1m,80~ 10 0目 )不锈钢柱 ,氢火焰离子化检测器 (FID) ,用顶空进样方式的气相色谱法进行。结果 :3批样品中甲苯与二氯甲烷的残留量均符合规定。结论 :采用顶空进样方式的气相色谱法 ,能有效控制盐酸西替利嗪中甲苯与二氯甲烷的残留量 ,操作简单 ,方法可行。
bject: To establish a method to determine the cont ents of residual tol uene and dichloromethane in cetirizine hydrochloride. Methods: The separation wa s performed on a shimadzu Porapak Q column (φ3.2 mm ×2.1 m). Headspace GC with F ID detector was used. Results: The residual toluene and dichloromethane in three batches of cetirizine hydrochloride coincided with the requirements. Conclusion : The method was proved to be accurate and sensitive. It is suitable to the dete rmination of residual toluene and dichlormethane.
