摘要
目的：为有效检查部分含有抑菌成分的医院制剂被微生物污染的程度。方法：根据不同的抑菌成分，采用相应的前处理。结果：1：10、1：102稀释级平皿中加入50～100个阳性对照菌，均牛长良好。结论：所采用的前处理方法能消除或减弱医院制剂的相应抑菌作用，达到有效测定污染微生物的目的。
Object： To effectively test the polluted extent by microorganism in hospital preparations containing bacteriostasis. Methods： According to the different bactefiostatic compositions, appropriately pretreatment was adopt. Results： Adding 50 - 100 positive reference bacterium to the culture dishes containing 1：10 and 1：102 diluted solutions, positive reference bacterium grew well. Conclusion：The pretreatment methods used can appropriately eliminate or weaken the effect of bacteriostatic compositions of hospital preparations. Therefore the oolluted extent bv can be effectively tested
