摘要
目的:考查不同来源及辐射处理对黄芩种子质量的影响。方法:测定种子的千粒重及发芽率,考查辐射对种子发芽率的影响。结果:不同来源黄芩种子的千粒重在1.401g^1.970g,发芽率在64.5%~90.5%。一定剂量60Coγ射线照射后,发芽率降低12%~18%。结论:黄芩种子的发芽率与饱满度及放置时间有关。实验用的辐射量可抑制黄芩种子的萌发。
Objective:To research the influence to the seed quality of Scutcllana Baicalensis Georgi of different habitat and radiation.Method:Studing the thousand-seeds weight,vigor of germination,germination capacity and researching the influence of radiation.Result:The thousand-seeds weight is 1.401g~1.970g,germination capacity is 64.5%~90.5%.The germination capacity is reduced 12%~18% after 60Coγradiation.Conclusion:The germination capacity is connected with plumpness and storage time.The radiation in the test could inhibit germination capacity.
