摘要
本科生参加科研有利于培养学生的创新精神、提高学生的创新能力和实践能力,能够全面提高学生的综合素质,是培养创新型人才的有效途径。文章采用文献法等研究方法,阐述了本科生参与科研活动的三种途径,针对当前本科生参与科研的问题,提出应创新本科生科研管理体制,出台并完善本科生科研活动的评价激励机制的建议。
Undergraduates participate in research is helpful for their creative spirit,creative ability and practical ability,and it finally improves the comprehensive ability of undergraduates.Therefore,it is an effective way of training undergraduates as innovative talents.Based on the method of literature analyzing,the present paper states three approaches for encourage undergraduates engage in research activities,and puts forward some useful suggestion including innovate researching regulation system,develop evaluating and prompting mechanism of researching activities,etc.These suggestions may promote the innovation of higher education,enhance the quality of undergraduate course,perfect training system of innovative talents,and cultivate more first-class talents.
