摘要
为解决传统的环境应力筛选试验方法周期长不满足机载电子设备紧张的研发和交付进度要求等问题,该文阐述了机载电子设备加速环境应力筛选试验方案的设计方法,并对加速环境应力筛选试验方案应用情况进行了总结,相关经验对同类设备的环境应力筛选试验方案设计具有一定的参考借鉴意义。
To solve the problem of traditional environmental stress screening test methods of long cycle does not meet the airborne electronic equipment intense development and delivery schedule problems,this paper expounds the accelerated environmental stress screening test scheme design methods of airborne electronic equipment,and summarized the application situation of accelerated environmental stress screening test scheme.The relevant experience has a certain reference to the environmental stress screening test design of the same equipment.
