摘要
针对当前开关柜状态评价的信息动态性差的问题,提出了一种基于变权重理论和多源实时信息融合的状态评价模型。首先,选取开关柜的超声波值、暂态地电波(TEV)值、红外测温值、真空度、绝缘电阻和开关柜实时信息作为评价的状态量,以判断设备的性能状态;然后,在常权重、开关柜短板效应、设备运行环境和人为因素所带来状态量变化的基础上,引入基于变权重理论,构建了开关柜状态量的权重计算模型,以实时调整设备权重;最后,基于云模型,计算设备状态量的隶属度矩阵,并采用加权平均算子层层融合数据,定义开关柜状态评价模型。实际算例表明,考虑设备实时信息的多元数据融合更符合设备的运行情况,为设备的差异化运维与检测提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of poor dynamic state for switch cabinet state evaluation,a state evaluation model of distribution switchgear based on variable weight theory and multiple-source real-time information fusion is proposed. Firstly,the ultrasonic switch cabinet,transient wave( TEV),infrared temperature value,vacuum degree,insulation resistance and switchgear real-time information were selected as the state evaluation parameters,so as to determine the device performance. With the switch cabinet state changing caused by constant weight,short board effect,switchgear equipment operating environment and human factors,the weight calculation model of the switchgear state was constructed based on the variable weight theory to adjust the weight of the equipment in real time.Finally,based on the model,the membership matrix of device state was computed,and the weighted average operator layers were used for data fusion,thusstate evaluation model of switch cabinet was defined. A practical example shows that the multivariate data fusion considering real-time information is more suitable for the operation of the device,providing a theoretical basis for the differential operation and maintenance of the equipment.
