摘要
高压开关柜状态评价方法的研究对整个电网设备状态维修体系的构建具有重要意义。为此,提出了以带电检测数据为主,结合柜体信息以及日常缺陷对高压开关柜进行综合评价的评价算法。算法以模糊理论为基础,同时结合突变理论,避免了传统设备状态评价算法对主观权值的依赖,能够更好地从设备状态突变的角度反映出设备绝缘状态的突变情况,算法全面考虑了影响高压开关柜状态的因素,在参量缺失的情况下也能给出合理评价,且更加简单,易于实现。应用变电站现场实际数据作为算例,通过对评价结果和检测数据的分析,验证了算法的有效性和可行性。
State evaluation method of high-voltage switchgear is of great importance for constructing of the condition maintenance system of equipment in power grids. We proposed a state evaluation algorithm by using on-line detection data and taking switchgear information and daily defect into account. The algorithm based on the fuzzy theory combines with the catastrophe theory, hence it avoids relying on subjective weight, which is quite common in traditional methods. The algorithm helps to reflect insulation state of equipment from the aspect of catastrophe. Taking all factors influencing the switchgear's status into consideration, the algorithm can obtain reasonable evaluation results under the situation of insufficient parameters,meanwhile, it is easy to use. Analyses of the evaluation results and the on-line detective data based on field data from substations reveal that the proposed algorithm is proved to be effective and feasible.
