摘要
目的观察肺癌手术室护理中行全程优质护理服务模式的临床疗效。方法抽取2015年2月—2017年2月于本院进行肺癌手术的患者80例,分为研究组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以全程优质护理。对比护理满意度以及并发症发生率。结果研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(95%vs.75%,P<0.05);并发症发生率显著低于对照组(5%vs.27.5%,P<0.05)。结论肺癌手术室护理中行全程优质护理,可显著提高护理满意度,降低并发症发生率,值得借鉴和推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the application of whole course high quality nursing service mode in the operation room nursing of lung cancer patients.Methods Eighty cases of lung cancer patients from February 2015 to February 2017 were included and divided into the study group(n=40)and the control group(n=40).The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given high quality nursing care.Nursing satisfaction and complication rate were compared between groups.Results Compared with the control group nursing satisfaction inthe study group was higher(75% vs.95%),with statistical significance(P<0.05);compared to the in the control group(27.5%),incidence of complications of the study group was lower(5%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole process of high quality nursing care in the operation room of lung cancer can significantly improve the nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of reference and promotion.
