摘要
目的 :探讨电视胸腔镜手术 (VATS)治疗胸部疾病的可行性。方法 :回顾分析电视胸腔镜手术 31例的临床资料 ,复习相关文献资料 ,总结分析其方法和效果。结果 :手术安全可靠 ,手术时间较传统开胸手术缩短 ,痛苦轻 ,术后并发症少 ,恢复快 ,符合美容要求。结论 :VATS治疗某些胸部疾病是合理的 ,可行的 。
Objective:To investigate the feasibility of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS). Method:The clinic data,methods and effects of 31 cases video-assisted thoracic operation were concluded.The related archives were reviewed.Results:The operative time of VATS is less than the traditional open-up thoracic surgery.VATS is safe and feasible,less pain and complications,and is cosmetic.Conclusions:VATS is rational and feasible to a certain thoracic diseases,and is worthy to spread up.
