摘要
目的了解肺癌手术患者实施全程优质护理模式的临床效果及安全性。方法选择我院2017年4月至2018年11月收治的60例肺癌患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予全程优质护理模式。比较两组护理满意度、手术时间、术后住院时间、护理前后SF-36简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评分及手术并发症。结果观察组护理满意度、护理后SF-36评分、手术时间、术后住院时间、手术并发症发生率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者实施全程优质护理模式可获得良好的治疗效果,可有效缩短手术时间、术后住院时间,并减少肺癌手术并发症的发生,提高患者的护理满意度,改善患者的生存质量。
Objective Understand the clinical effect and safety of the whole-process high-quality nursing model for patients with lung cancer surgery.Methods Sixty patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to November 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing nursing,and the observation group was given a whole-process high-quality nursing model.The nursing satisfaction,operation time,postoperative hospital stay,SF-36 Concise Health Status Scale(SF-36)scores before and after nursing and surgical complications were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group's nursing satisfaction,post-nursing SF-36 score,operation time,postoperative hospital stay,and the incidence of surgical complications were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the whole-process high-quality nursing model for lung cancer patients can obtain good treatment results,which can effectively shorten the operation time and postoperative hospital stay,reduce the occurrence of lung cancer surgery complications,improve patient care satisfaction,and improve the quality of life of patients.
