摘要
面对新能源配电系统越来越严酷的应用环境需求,磁通变换器作为万能式断路器和塑壳断路器的智能控制器中最重要的执行元件,其性能要求也随之提高。通过磁通变换器高低温试验失败后的失效模式分析,确定永磁铁为主要失效零件,结合电磁仿真及高低温试验,对结果进行比较,验证选材的正确性,从而为磁通变换器的持续优化提供理论及实践依据。
Facing more and more severe application environment requirements of new energy distribution system,a magnetic flux converter,as the most important executive component of intelligent controller of air circuit breaker and molded case circuit breaker,has gradually improved its performance requirements.Through the failure mode analysis after the failure of high and low temperature test of magnetic flux converter,the permanent magnet is identified as the main failure part.Combined with electromagnetic simulation and high and low temperature test,the results are compared to verify the correctness of material selection,thus providing theoretical and practical basis for the continuous optimization of magnetic flux converter.
