摘要
通过对不同矫顽力、不同L/D的圆柱形钕铁硼样品在不同温度下所发生的磁不可逆损失的研究(L为钕铁硼磁体样品的长度,D为直径),发现L/D大、矫顽力高的磁体具有较低的磁不可逆磁通损失;L/D小、矫顽力低的磁体具有较高的磁不可逆磁通损失.同时还可以看出本实验样品的居里温度大于300℃,而且在实验过程中发现当温度达到300℃时样品没发生老化.
Based on the study of irreversible loss of cylinder NdFeB magnets of different coercivity and ratio of L and D(L is the length of NdFeB magnets,D is the diameter of NdFeB magnets) at different temperature,it is concluded that the magnets with larger ratio of L and D and higher coercivity have lower irreversible loss,and the ones with smaller ratio of L and D and lower coercivity have higher irrerversible loss.Besides,the Curie temperature of the experimental samples reach more than 300 ℃ without aging during the experiment.
