甘蓝型油菜雄性不育新材料RM3231A的遗传研究 被引量:6

摘要 以不育系RM 3 2 3 1A与PolimaCMS和陕 2ACMS的保持系、恢复系和核不育两型系以及 116份国内外不同来源的甘蓝型油菜品种 (系 )的杂交遗传试验结果表明 ,RM 5 63 7A不育系是不同于PolimaCMS和陕 2ACMS及核不育两型系遗传背景的另一类细胞质雄性不育系。不育性除受胞质不育基因控制外 ,还受 3对独立遗传并具有相同作用的重叠隐性基因控制 ,恢复源十分广泛 ,现有甘蓝型油菜中约有 73 3 %的品种 (系 )均为其恢复系 ,有 1~ 3对显性纯合恢复基因共 6类 19种不同基因型 ,其中 3对显性纯合基因型的约占 6 4% ,2对显性纯合基因型的约占 14 3 % ,1对显性纯合基因型的约占 65 1%。 The inheritance of fertility of cytoplasm male sterile material RM3231A were studied by using the crosses between RM3231A and maintainer,restorers of Polina CMS and Shan2A CMS,GMS line,and cultivars in Brassica napus L The results showed that the inheritance background of RM3231A was different from Polina CMS and Shan?2A CMS and CMS lines RM3231A was another type of cytoplasm male sterile system The sterility of RM3231A was controlled by 3 pairs of recessive genes of independent inheritance 73 3?% of cultivars in Brassica napus L had the ability restoring RM3231A.There were 6 types 19 kinds of different genotypes in these restorers and 6 4?% of genotypes had 3 pairs of dominant genes and 28 5?%of them had 2 pairs of dominant genes 65 1?%of them had one pair dominant gene
