摘要
以不育系RM 5 6 37A与PolimaCMS和陕 2ACMS的保持系、恢复系和核不育两型系以及 116份国内外不同来源的甘蓝型油菜品种 (系 )作杂交试验 ,结果表明 ,RM5 6 37A不育系是不同于PolimaCMS和陕 2ACMS及核不育两型系遗传背景的另一类细胞质雄性不育系统。不育性除受胞质不育基因控制外还受 3对独立遗传并具有相同作用的重叠隐性基因控制 ,恢复源十分广泛 ,现有甘蓝型油菜中约有 73.3%的品种 (系 )
The inheritance of fertility for cytoplasmic male sterile material RM5637A were studied by using the crosses between RM5637A and maintainer, restorers of Polina CMS and Shan 2A CMS, GMS line, cultivars in Brassica napus L. The results showed that the inheritance background of RM5637A wasn't same with Polina CMS and Shan 2A CMS and GMS lines, RM5637A was a new cytoplasmic male sterile system. The sterilily of RM5637A were controlled by 3 pair recessive gene of independent inheritance. The restorers have 73.3% of cultivars in Brassica napus L.
