摘要 为选择一个从硫代硫酸盐溶液中回收金的较好方法,本实验室对几种方法进行了考察。在实验条件下,聚胺脂泡沫、铜粉不能用于回收金。活性炭仅约吸附金30%.锌粉可置换溶液申金,也置换溶液中的铜。因置换后溶液含锌对浸出过程有影响,所以在它返回浸出系统前要除锌。并且置换后的含金沉淀物处理复杂。铁粉也可置换溶液中的金,它克服了锌粉置换金过程中的缺点。只要置换后确保溶液中 Fe++完全氧化并沉淀,淀液可直接返回浸出系统。 In order to select a better method for recovering gold from thiosulfate solution,various methods have been examined.Under the experimental condi- tions,gold is scarcely adsorbed by polyurethane foam,the reaction of Au with Cu does not occur,and only about 30% gold in the solution is adsorbed by activated carbon.Gold in the solution can be cemented by zinc powder,but the leaching reaction of gold is affected by zinc in the solution.So,it must be removed.Gold in the solution can also be cemented by iron powder.The problems caused by cementation with zinc were avoided.That is,iron in the solution would not be accumulated and slime is easy to be treated later.To ensure that Fe in the solution be fully oxidized,precipitated and separated, the solution should be put aside for some time before it is separated from slime.
