卡林型金矿微生物预氧化处理技术研究现状 被引量:13

摘要 卡林型金矿矿石性质复杂,自然金崁布粒度细,品位低,被黄铁矿、砷黄铁矿包裹现象普遍,其浮选精矿中砷、硫含量高,含砷含碳,是一种典型的难处理金矿。而采用微生物预氧化技术处理卡林型金矿与采用传统的焙烧技术相比具有显著优势。综述了国内外卡林型金矿生物预氧化技术相关的菌种选育、预氧化基本原理、主要预氧化过程及对应工艺的最新研究进展,对影响卡林型金矿微生物预氧化的因素特别是矿石方面因素和微生物方面因素进行了深入探讨,最后提出了卡林型金矿微生物预氧化技术未来研究和发展可能的几个方向:加强对卡林型金矿有良好适应性和针对性且同时具备优良耐酸能力、耐热能力和耐砷能力的菌种选育,为整个预氧化过程提供可行性保障;推进卡林型金矿生物预处理技术配套的自动化设备研制与开发,包括对浸矿体系pH值、营养物质、菌种数量、温度、氧化还原电位、Fe2+、Fe3+、可溶含砷物质以及生成的沉淀物质情况等进行实时动态监测和调控,保证整个预处理过程稳定、高效的进行;加强矿石中劫金碳物质的钝化或降解机制的研究和探索,最大限度减少其对后续氰化浸金过程的影响;发展微细粒度物料制备技术,提高生物浸矿效率。 Carlin-type gold ore was a typical kind of refractory gold ore, characterized by low grade, generally finely trapped in pyrite and arsenopyrite, high sulfur and arsenic in flotation concentrate, containing preg-robbing carbonaceous matter and arsenic. Comparing to other traditional methods like roasting for Carlin-type gold ore pretreatment there were more advantages in bioleaching. The progress in leaching bacterin breeding, mechanisms of bacterial pretreatment, main leaching procedure and newest processes at home and abroad were summarized. Factors influencing bacterial pretreatment of Carlin-type gold ore especially mineral aspect factors and bacterial aspect factors were further discussed. The future probable development directions were put forward in the end: put great attention on Carlin-type gold ore leaching bacterin breeding with more tolerance to high acid, high temperature and high arsenic environment to guarantee the whole biopretreatment processes; form a complete bioleaching process supervision and control system to supervise and control the live data within a suitable level, including pH, nutriments, microorganisms, temperature, Eh, Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ concentrations, soluble arsenic and the precipitation matter, to make sure the whole bioleaching processes work stably and efficiently; to promote the research of the mecha- nisms of blinding and degrading of preg-robbing carbonaceous matter to reduce or take-off its badly influence in following cyanidation process; to develop technology of more finely materials preparation to enhance the efficiency of bioleaching processes.
