摘要
对硫代硫酸盐法添加NaCl而不加Cu2+浸取废旧手机中的金进行了研究,通过实验得出,合适的浸金条件为S2O32-浓度1.0 mol.L-1,氨浓度0.8 mol.L-1,NaCl浓度0.8 mol.L-1,温度30℃,浸取时间2 h,pH 9~10之间,添加质量分数为0.2%的SO32-,空气进气速率1.2 L.min-1,最高的浸出率达到了91.79%。与添加Cu2+相比,具有后续处理简单、污染小、环保等优点。
Gold leaching from waste mobile phones using thiosulfate solution with addition of some sodium chloride,was studied in this paper.Through the experiment,the results showed that under a condition of 1.0 mol·L-1 of thiosulfate,0.8 mol·L-1 of aminonia,0.8 mol·L-1 of sodium chloride,temperature of 30℃,leaching time of 2 h,pH value of 9-10,2% SO2-3 and air flow rate of 1.2 L·min-1,the gold leaching rate was the highest,91.79%.Compared with adding Cu2+,it had advantages of simple subsequent treatment,less pollution,and environmental protection.
