摘要
针对全桥LLC谐振变换器在启动时会产生很大的谐振浪涌电流,探讨了一种在启动的不同阶段实现变占空比和变频的混合控制策略。在分析了谐振电流的启动工作过程和工作轨迹的基础上,介绍了全桥LLC谐振变换器数字软启动控制策略的具体实现方法。以32位DSP芯片为控制核心,搭建了一台400 W的实验样机。实验结果表明,该数字软启动混合控制策略能大幅减小全桥LLC变换器谐振电流浪涌,且性能优于移相软启动控制策略。
Because of a huge resonant surge current at start-up for full-bridge LLC resonant converter,a hybrid control strategy with variable duty ratio and frequency at different stages of starting process was discussed. On the basis of analyzing the starting process and trajectory of resonant current,the implementation method of digital softstart control strategy for the full-bridge LLC resonant converter was introduced in detail. A 400 W experimental prototype was built with 32-bit DSP processor as the control core. Experimental results show that the digital soft-start hybrid control strategy can significantly reduce current surge of the full-bridge LLC resonant converter,and the performance is better than the soft-start phase shift control strategy.
