基于国产MCU混合控制的高压直流变换器

摘要 LLC谐振变换器的电路分析采用一次谐波近似法(FHA),忽略高次谐波的影响。对于LLC谐振变换器的宽范围输入,只调节开关频率稳定输出电压,会出现输出电压超出允许范围的情况。根据归一化频率和电压增益曲线,当开关频率远离谐振频率时,FHA不再有效,会导致电压致增益失效。采用单一调节频率控制模式,不能控制输出电压的允许范围。因此,通过调节频率和调节开关管占空比的混合控制方式,稳定输出电压。控制芯片采用国产的HPM6300单片机,具有160 MHz主频。这里搭建功率为1.5 kW的原理样机进行实验验证,额定输入电压为400 V,电压输入范围为±10%,额定输出电压为1500 V。实验结果证实了理论分析和参数设计的准确性。 The circuit analysis of the LLC resonant converter uses the first harmonic approximation(FHA)and ignores the influence of the higher harmonics.For the wide range input of the LLC resonant converter,only the switching fre-quency is adjusted to stabilize the output voltage,and the output voltage will exceed the allowable range.According to the normalized frequency and voltage gain curves,when the switching frequency is far away from the resonant fre-quency,the FHA is no longer valid,which will lead to the failure of voltage to gain.Using a single regulation fre-quency control mode,the allowable range of output voltage cannot be controlled.Therefore,the output voltage is stabi-lized by the hybrid control mode of adjusting the frequency and adjusting the duty cycle of the switch tube.The con-trol chip is made of the domestically made HPM6300 microcontroller with 160 MHz main frequency.A principle pro-totype with a power of 1.5 kW is built,the rated input voltage is 400 V,the voltage input range is±10%,and the rated output voltage is 1500 V,which is verified experimentally.Experimental results confirm accuracy of theoretical analy-sis and parameter design.
