摘要
青年教师作为高职院校教师队伍中的生力军和主力军,已成为学校赖以生存和发展的基础,该文从分析高职院校开展科研的现状入手,从四个方面强调了培养和提高青年教师科研素质必要性,并对其科研能力的构成进行剖析,进而提出培养与提高高职院校青年教师科研能力的若干对策。
Young teachers in higher vocational colleges as teachers,has become main force and the survival and development of the school,this paper analyzes the basis of higher vocational colleges,the status quo of the scientific studies emphasized from four aspects to foster and improve the young teachers and scientific research quality of its scientific necessity,and analyzes the structure of the ability raise and the enhancement,and puts forward the young teachers' scientific research ability in higher vocational colleges of several countermeasures.
