摘要
本文就各高职院校的工学培养模式现状展开讨论,发现存在的问题,总结其发展经验,并提出相应的解决策略,以期寻求构建合理高效的工学结合机制。
This paper discusses the current situation of 'combination of work and study' training mode in the vocational colleges,finds the problems,summarizes the development experience,and put forward the corresponding strategies to seek to construct a reasonable and efficient mechanism for 'combination of work and study'.
