摘要
目的 研究CD44V6在胆囊腺癌细胞中的表达 ,探讨CD44V6影响肿瘤转移的作用机制。方法 应用原位分子杂交、免疫组织化学分析方法研究CD44V6在胆囊癌的表达。结果 CD44V6在胆囊腺癌细胞中均有表达 ,不管在mRNA水平还是在蛋白质水平 ,淋巴结转移和临床Ⅳ期、Ⅲ期细胞表达均高于无淋巴结转移和Ⅰ、Ⅱ期。
Objective To investigate the relationship between expression of CD44V6 and metastasis and prognosis of human gallbladder carcinoma.Method Expression of CD44V6 in gallbladder carcinoma was investigated by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemical technique.Results CD44V6 was expressed at the mRNA and protein levels in gallbladder carcinoma,but the expression was higher in lymphnode metastasis and TNM stage Ⅳ,Ⅲ cells than in the patients without lymphnode metastasis and TNM stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ.Conclusion The expression of CD44V6 is related to the metastatic potentiality of human gallbladder carcinoma.
