摘要
基于双馈感应发电机(DFIG)风力发电系统的控制系统对风力发电系统的动态特性具有重要的影响,设置合理的控制器参数对提高风力发电系统的整体外特性具有重要的作用。文中首先应用正交优选法确定了系统不同性能指标间的权重关系;其次应用正交优选趋势法,分析了每一个控制器参数对DFIG系统性能指标的影响趋势及灵敏性关系;然后基于正交优选法和正交优选趋势法,提出基于正交优选的粒子群优化算法,对控制器参数同时进行优化整定。该方法具有优化方向明确、收敛快等特点,解决了多输入多输出复杂控制系统参数优化的问题。动态仿真验证了所述参数优化方法的有效性,经过参数优化后,DFIG发电系统的动态性能得到了提高。
The control system of the wind power system based on the doubly fed induction generator(DFIG)has an important effect on the dynamic characteristics of the whole system.And setting rational controller parameters plays an important role in improving the integral external characteristics of the system.The weight relations between different indicators of the system are identified by using the orthogonal optimum seeking method.Then the influence of each controller parameter on different performance indexes of the whole system is analyzed and the sensitivity relationship is obtained by the trend analyzing method of the orthogonal test.Based on the orthogonal optimum seeking method and the trend analyzing method,an optimizing method is presented which combines particle swarm optimization (PSO) and orthogonal method to optimize the controller parameters of the whole system.The new optimization strategy is directional and has satisfactory convergence,solving the parameter optimization problems of complicated multiple input and output systems.Dynamic simulation has verified the effectiveness of the new optimization methods while the performance of the DFIG wind power system is significantly improved.
