摘要
文章针对串联式混合动力城市客车的结构和行驶工况特点,设计了一种基本规则型多能源动力系统控制策略,并基于Matlab/Advisor软件平台建立了SHEB的仿真模型;利用正交试验设计方法,在SHEB系统参数初步匹配的基础上,对动力系统控制参数和部件参数进行综合参数正交优化;最后对优化后的SHEB动力性和燃油经济性进行仿真和道路试验,结果表明,正交优化后的动力系统参数能满足整车性能要求,且燃油经济性比优化前提高了6.4%。
Based on the configuration and the characteristics of different driving patterns, a rule-based energy control strategy of series hybrid electric bus (SHEB) is presented. Then a performance simulation model of SHEB is established using Matlab/Advisor. An orthogonal test method of the integrative parameter matching is introduced. Using this method the matching of the structural parameters and the control parameters of the system are performed on the basis of the primary parameterized matching. Finally, the dynamic performance and the fuel economy of the optimized SHEB are simulated and tested. The results show that the system can meet the requirements of overall vehicle performance while fuel economy can increase by 6.4% as compared with the non-optimized.
