摘要
分析了电—电混合电动汽车中影响功率型铅酸电池循环寿命的主要参数,结合制定的“功率跟随式+开关式”的基本控制策略,利用“6 S igm a”严谨、系统化的解决方案,以数据为依据,提高电池寿命为开发目标,对基本控制策略进行开发。仿真分析结果表明,整车燃油经济性和排放较之传统车得到明显提高,电池工作状态也得到明显改善,为电池寿命提供了保障。
The major parameters of electric-electrical hybrid vehicle that influence the cycle life of power lead-acid cell are analyzed in the article. To extend cell's life, the basic control strategies of "power- following & on-off type" originally set are developed using 6 sigma solution which is data-based, strict and systematic. The simulation result shows that the fuel economy and exhaust emission are apparently improved in comparison with conventional vehicle along with apparent improvement of battery's working status ,which guarantee the battery's life.
