摘要
对一系弹簧故障如何影响轨道车辆动态限界开展系统研究.首先:借鉴成熟的限界公式及一系故障形式,分析一系弹簧故障对车辆姿态影响的原理;其次:以某地铁车为研究对象,分别采用之前修正的限界公式和动力学仿真方法对比探究一系弹簧故障对车辆动态限界的影响及不同方法差异;最后,采用动力学方法考核两种典型一系弹簧故障对动态限界的影响,并对今后的车辆运营给与相关建议.
The effect of primary spring faults on the vehicle dynamic envelope is studied. Firstly, the principle of the influence on the dynamic envelope in the primary spring faults condition is analyzed. Secondly, taking a kind of subway car as the research object, the influence on dynamic envelope in the primary faults condition and the comparison are researched by applying the modified kinematic envelope formula method and dynamics method. Finally, the two typical primary spring faults are studied to evaluate on the dynamic envelope, and the relevant suggestions are provided.
