摘要
为实现齿轨交通工程产业发展和商业运营目标,需重点解决齿轨交通工程化应用方面存在的核心技术难题,如出入齿轨的啮合、大纵坡土建工程稳定性等。依托资阳车辆厂齿轨列车试验线项目,开展齿轨试验线总体设计研究,初步成果包括齿轨的工艺流程、线路设计、新型齿轨装置,以及大纵坡路基、供电、信号设计等。研究结果表明,(1)通过整合厂房既有设备资源,补充编组、上线、静调及动调等工艺,形成试验线完整工艺流程;(2)依托地形及厂房空间布局,创新线路设计,设置“1主+1侧”线路,空间上呈Y形布局,分区域分步骤完成静调和动调试验;(3)依托既有厂区线路,研发新型齿轨技术装置,包括齿条、齿轨道岔及三段缓冲式出入齿过渡装置;(4)综合大纵坡路基、供电、信号、噪声测试等系统研究,形成齿轨列车试验线平台,为齿轨商业化运营线路打下坚实基础。
To achieve the industrial development and commercial operation objective of rack rail transit project,it is necessary to focus on solving the key technical problems in the application of rack railway transportation engineering,such as engagement of the entry and exit gear rails and stability of civil engineering on large longitudinal slopes,etc.Based on the construction of the first rack railway test line in China,the overall design research of the rack railway test line was carried out,including the process flow,alignment design,new rack railway device,large longitudinal slope roadbed,power supply,signal,etc.The results show that:(1)By integrating the existing equipment resources of the plant,increase the technology process of the train formation and on-line and static testing and dynamic testing,the test line process manufactory is formed.(2)Relying on topography and plant layout,by innovating alignment design and setting“1 main and 1lateral”line,the spatial layout is established with Y-shaped,the static and dynamic tests are completed in different regions step by step.(3)Relying on the existing lines of the factory,research and development of new type gear rail technical device of rack,cogged rail fork,three-stage form inlet and outlet gear transition are done.(4)The test line platform of rack rail is built and makes a solid foundation for the future commercial operation base on the research of large slope subgrade,power supply,signal,noise test,etc.
