摘要
以真实的车辆悬挂系统为主体,以减震弹簧为研究对象,设计了一个基于非线性谱分析方法的减震弹簧失效诊断的实验系统。在这一系统中,弹簧的故障特征是它的 GFRF's(Generalized Frequency ResponseFunctions)谱特征。文中分析了弹簧失效前后的 GFRF's 的变化,介绍了诊断系统的构成和工作原理。
In this paper,by using a real vehicle suspension system as main body and damping spring as the studied object,an experiment system for fault diagnosis of damping spring based on nonlinear spectral analysis is designed.In this system,the GFRF's(Generalized Frequency Response Functions)spectral features are used as the fault features of damping spring.The changes of GFRF's,before and after the damping spring becoming failure,are analyzed in the paper,and then the structure and diagnosis principle of the system are illustrated.
