摘要
酒店商务英语是专门用途英语中的重要组成部分,在培养酒店商务英语人才的过程中,注重培养学生的英语语言基础能力和应用能力。文章主要是从ESP理论基本情况分析入手,提出了ESP理论在酒店商务英语教学中的有效利用策略,为全面有效提升酒店商务英语教学总体水平提供一定的借鉴和参考。
Hotel business English is an important part of ESP. In the process of training hotel business English talents,we should pay attention to the cultivation of students’ basic English language ability and application ability. Starting from the analysis of the basic situation of ESP theory,this paper puts forward some effective strategies for the use of ESP theory in hotel business English teaching,which can provide some references for improving the overall level of hotel business English teaching in an all-round and effective way.
