摘要 全球经济一体化以及中国经济快速发展促进了社会对商务英语的需求。为了满足社会的需求,近年来,高校普遍开设了商务英语课程。作为ESP教学发展重要阶段的需求分析理论,为商务英语课程设置提供了理论的框架,在整个教学活动中的作用是无可取代的。本文基于对商务英语的认识,阐述需求分析理论及方法,并提出了英语专业商务英语课程设置应遵循的基本原则。 The global economic integration and rapid economic development in China have greatly promoted the need for business English. In order to suit the needs, in recent years, business English courses are generally offered to colleges students. The needs analysis theory as an important phase in ESP development provides a theoretical framework for the syllabus design of business English courses and is irreplaceable in the entire process of ESP teaching. This paper, based on the discussion of the definition and connotation of business English, expounds needs analysis theories and methods and puts forward some basic principles of the syllabus design of business English courses for college English majors.
