摘要
在模拟转炉出钢渣和钢液组成的基础上 ,采用添加Li2 O的CaO Li2 O SiO2 MnO2 MgO P2 O5 Al2 O3 CaF2 系还原性熔剂 ,对不同氧势钢液进行脱磷及回磷转变实验 ,测定钢液氧势变化对脱磷及回磷转变的影响。同时分别用Si,Mn对钢液脱氧 。
The effects of potential variation on dephosphorization and rephosphorization behavior are determinded by conducting dephosphorization and rephosphorization experiments on the liquid steel of various oxygen potential with addition of CaO Li 2O SiO 2 MnO 2 MgO P 2O 5 Al 2O 3 CaF 2 series reductive solvent on the basis of simulation of the formulations of converter slag and liquid steel.In the meanwhile the liquid steel is deoxidized with Si and Mn separately in order to control the oxygen potential in the liquid steel.
