摘要
结晶器保护渣在连铸浇注过程中起着非常重要的作用,其功能主要是在连铸结晶器内发挥着绝热保温、防止钢液氧化、控制传热、润滑铸坯的作用,是促进连铸技术发展、保证连铸工艺顺行及铸坯质量的关键性材料。鉴于其重要性,仔细地分析和研究了连铸保护渣的各种物理化学性能,并结合钢种和铸坯断面等工艺条件,系统地分析了保护渣性能对浇注的影响和如何正确的选择保护渣。
Mold powder is a very significant and critical material and takes a key role during casting. The main functions of the mold powder are to play insulation, prevent re-oxidation, control heat transfer of liquid steel, and lubricate shell. It is a key material to promote the development of continuous casting technology, and ensure the smooth process of continuous casting and quality of casting. In view of its importance, various physical and chemical properties of mold powder, are detailed analyzed combined with steel types and cast section and other con- ditions, systematic analysis on the impact of performance of mold powder and how to choose the correct mold powder are also discussed.
