100t电弧炉高效冶炼操作标准模式的开发与应用

摘要 针对100t电弧炉原料条件不稳定、工艺过程不可控因素较多、电弧炉操作稳定性差、冶炼周期长、电弧炉效率低等问题,通过开发与应用不同条件下电弧炉操作标准模式,形成一套成熟的电弧炉高效冶炼工艺技术。这套技术满足了电弧炉多元化冶炼需求,缩短了电弧炉冶炼周期,实现了流程最优匹配,保障了连铸机全流生产,大幅提高了炼钢产能,提升了特钢盈利水平。 Aiming at the problems of 100 t EAF such as unstable raw material conditions, many uncontrollable factors in technological process, poor operating stability of electric arc furnace, long smelting cycle and low efficiency of EAF, a set of mature efficient EAF smelting technology was formed, by developing and applying the standard operation mode of EAF under different conditions. This technology met the diversified smelting needs of EAF, shortened the smelting cycle, realized the optimal matching of the process, ensured the full flow production of continuous casting machine, greatly increased the steelmaking capacity and improved the profitability of special steel.
