采用微波处理结合水浴的方法制取绿茶的浸提液 ,与啤酒调配 ,制成营养丰富并富含茶的多种保健成分的功能性啤酒 ,该啤酒风味独特、工艺简便 。
Adopted method of microwave treatment and purified water to extract green tea, then mixed the extraction and beer to make the functional beer. It had rich nutrients and various health protection component of tea. The tea beer had peculiar flavor and simple processing. The tea beer is a novel healthy beverage whose developmental potential is great.
