摘要
本文根据对高职学生人文素质调研的情况 ,分析、研究了当前高等职业学院学生人文素质的状况、存在的问题及原因 ,说明了人文素质在人才培养中不容忽视的作用 。
The paper analyses the research situation of human quality of students in higher vocational schools,and discusses the status,existing problems and reasons of students' human quality in higher vocational schools at present. Therefore,it illustrates the key effect of human quality for cultivating talents,and puts forward measures to strengthen human quality education for students in higher vocational schools.
