摘要
将卡尔曼滤波分光光度法用于测定扑热息痛合成过程中对乙酰氨基酚、对硝基酚、对氨基酚三组分含量的分析研究.介绍了卡尔曼滤波法的基本原理和具体的分析步骤,并详细讨论了滤波参数的选择 实验结果表明,该法对样品中各组分的回收率在99.8%~102.8%之间,与高效液相色谱法相比。
In this paper the conternts of pacetaminophenol,pnitrophenol and paminophenol in the course of synthetic pacetaminophenol may be immediately determined by Kalman Filtering spectrophotometry(KF)first without separation.The basic principle and analytical step of the method are described,and KF parmeters are discussed in detail.The experimental result is satisfactory and shows that the recoveries of each component are between 99.8% and 102.8%.Compared with HPLC,the result is consistent.
