摘要
应用卡尔曼滤波及P-矩阵分光光度法同时测定复方苯妥英钠片中利眠宁、苯巴比妥及苯妥英钠的含量。在卡尔曼滤波法的计算中,引入带非线性校正项的最小二乘法以减少实测数据对模型的偏差:在P-矩阵法处理过程中,以“条件数”作为选择测定波长的指标以减少计算误差,两种方法测定三组分的回收率分别为98.03%;CV=2.2%;98.99%;CV=2.1%;100.3%;CV=1.1%及100.6%;CV=2.1%;101.2%;CV=1.3%;99.97%。CV=1.3%(n均为23)。
Chlordiazepoxide, phenobarbital and phenytoin sodium contained in compound tablets of Phenytoin sodium were determined simultaneously by kalman filtering and p-matrix spectrophotometry without prior separation. A non-linear calibration was introduced into Least square method in kalman filtering to decrease the partial difference between data and model. The principle of 'Condition number' was applied to selecting the wavelengths in p-matrix method so as to reduce the calculating error. Excellent results have been obtained by both methods.
