摘要
用偏最小二乘法(PLS)校正火焰原子吸收分析中Mn403.307nm对Ga403.298nm干扰。实验结果表明,PLS法是谱线重叠干扰的有效校正方法,同时预示着该法可成为用一种元素空心阴极灯同时测定谱线重叠的二种元素的分析方法。
The present paper describes the use of partlal least squares modelling to compen-sate for spectral “overlap”interference of Mn 403.307 nm with Ga 403.298 nm. The experi-mental results show that PLS modell is the possible and the effective method resolving thespectral interference in atomic absorption spectrometry.At the same time, it will develop in-to a new analytical method which is applied to the simultaneous determination of several ele-ments using a elemental hollow cathode lamp.
