摘要
研究了用二乙胺、甲醛、尿素、环氧氯丙烷合成聚季铵型浮选剂的条件,并用充气浮选法考察了产品性能。该浮选剂的合成过程分两步,首先用二乙胺、甲醛、尿素进行Mannich反应制得聚合单体,然后用聚合单体与一定比例的环氧氯丙烷聚合并季铵化。本文着重研究了二乙胺与环氧氯丙烷的摩尔比、聚合反应温度与时间对产物性能的影响,结果表吸:二乙胺与环氧氯丙烷最佳摩尔比为1:l;聚合反应在60~80℃下进行3~6h,易制得浮选性能优良的聚季铵型浮选剂。
A series of organic cationic floatation agents were synthesized from diethylamine, formaldehyde, urea and epoxychloropropane. Their reaction conditions were studied. Their properties were evaluated by in.duced air floatation. The synthesis process included two steps. Firstly, diethylamine, formaldehyde and urea are use to synthysize monomer by Manich reaction. Then, the monomer and epoxychloropropane are polymerized and cationized. The work focused oil the effect of mole ratio of diethylamine/epoxy chloropropane, reaction temperature and time of the polymerization on the properties of the products. It was demonstrated that: the optimal mole ratio was 1: 2, and the optimal temperature and time for polymerization were, 3~5h and 60~80℃.
