摘要
浮选剂分为有机浮选剂和无机浮选剂,有机浮选剂较无机浮选剂具有投加量小、浮渣量少、浮渣可回收等优点。辽河油田含油污水种类较多,污水站浮选单元通常投加复合无机药剂聚合氧化铝(PAC)与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM),药剂成本高,浮渣量大。针对普通稠油、高凝油、稀油污水,选择有机浮选剂A、有机浮选剂B(B1+B2)和有机浮选剂C(C1+C2)进行筛选实验,分别测定在不同停留时间、不同投加量的条件下,处理后污水的含油和悬浮物指标,并与原油脱水系统投加药剂进行配伍性实验。针对不同的药剂搭配和投加浓度,形成了实验方案及筛选流程,实验结果表明:三种有机浮选剂适宜的停留时间均为15 min;在适宜的投加量下,均能达到现场实际出水水质指标;随着浮选剂投加量的增加,絮体颗粒由小变大,状态由松散悬浮逐渐变为密实上浮,当达到适宜投加量之后,变化趋于稳定;有机浮选剂B(B1+B2)和有机浮选剂C(C1+C2)与普通稠油、高凝油、稀油脱水药剂的配伍性均较好;综合考虑药剂成本和浮渣处理成本,有机浮选剂C(C1+C2)处理普通稠油、高凝油、稀油污水的成本最低。实验结果可为有机浮选剂的筛选提供参考。
Flotation agent can be divided into organic and inorganic agent.The organic flotation agent has the advantages of smaller dosage,less and recyclable scum over the inorganic flotation agent.There is a variety of oily waste-water types in Liaohe oil field,and the flotation unit is usually filled with compound inorganic chemicals PAC(Poly Aluminium Chloride)+PAM(Polyacrylamide),which has high chemical cost and produces large amount of flotation scum.According to the waste-water from common heavy oil,high pour-point oil,and thin oil,screening experiments were conducted using three organic flotation agents,namely A,B(B1+B2)and C(C1+C2).The oil content and suspended solids performance indexes of the effluent outflow were measured at different retention time frame and dosing levels,and these flotation agents were also tested for compatibility with the dosing agents of the crude oil dehydration system.The experimental protocol and screening process were developed for different agent combinations and dosing concentrations.The experiment results concluded that the optimum retention time frame is 15 minutes for all three organic flotation agents.The performance indexes of effluent outflow can be achieved at suitable dosing level.With the increase of dosing level,the flocculation particles changed from small to big,and the state gradually changed from loose suspension to dense flotation,which tends to stabilize when optimum dosage is reached.The compound organic agents which include B(B1+B2)and C(C1+C2)are compatible with the dehydrating agents of common heavy oil,high pour-point oil and thin oil.Organic flotation agent C(C1+C2)has the lowest capital cost in processing waste-water from common heavy oil,high pour-point oil and thin oil,taking into account the overall cost of the agent and the scum treatment.The experiment results presented in this paper provide a useful reference for the screening of organic flotation agents.
