摘要
气浮法是用于处理炼厂废水的一种非常有效的方法,其除油效率主要取决于油粒直径、气泡直径和油粒表面的化学性质。在分析废水中油粒的表面化学性质及浮选剂除油效率基础上,设计出高效浮选剂分子的结构式。通过采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、甲基丙烯酸甲醋(MMA)与二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMC)单体进行反相乳液聚合,得到一种高效浮选剂(EPGF525),并对其气浮性能进行了室内评价。
Gas floatation process is a very effective method to deal with oily wastewater.Its efficiency is chiefly decided by oil droplet size,bubble size and the chemical properties of the oil-drop surface. Then It has design molecule structure of floatation agent by analysing the chemical properties of suspending substances in wastewater and the efficiency of removing oil in wastewater.Then we carried on ternary emulsion polymerization with monomer AM、DMC and MMA to abtain product EPGF525,and evaluated the performance of EPGF525.
