摘要
简介了气浮法污水处理技术原理和常用的三种气浮装置。针对我国原油和污水性质,研制了一套室内模拟气浮装置,同时研究了一套室内气浮工艺技术,为快速筛选浮选剂应用于油田奠定了基础。通过实验证明了提高气浮效率的关键是把握气泡尺寸,而药荆类型及用量又与气泡大小有直接关系。通过与原用美国药剂性能的对比,研制并合成了 GF 系列污水处理剂。
The principles of purifying waste waters by using air floatation method and three kinds of such equipment commonly used in practice are introduced briefly.A laboratory device for simulating air floation process to purify oily produced waters is constructed,on which the performance of a series of newly developed floatation agents(GF-A,-B,-C,-D,and -E)is evaluated in comparison with an American chemical,M3332,and the technological conditions of water treatment with these chemicals are investigated.It is shown that some grades of GF floatation agents are similar or close to M3332 in basic characteristics(e.g. the size of bubbles generated)and one of them,GF-E,gives much higher rate of deoiling (>85%)and of eliminating suspended solids(>90%)than M3332 does.
