摘要
在大众化教育阶段,高等教育肩负着为社会各行各业培养能够胜任各类工作的高级应用型人才,但当前,大学教育与企业需求之间存在的巨大差异,导致大学生毕业后不能胜任企业对工作的要求,造成大学生工作难找和企业人才难找两难并存等问题.本文从胜任力的基本内涵及其对高校教育改革的导向意义着笔,以国际经济与贸易专业为例,提出了从职业胜任力的视角进行高校课程设置改革的具体思路,从而提高大学毕业生的就业竞争力.
At the stage of higher education popularization, higher education undertakes increased responsibilities for training high-level professionals who are competent for every way of life. However, due to the wide gap between university education and business requirement, currently many students aren't competent for the jobs after graduation. This leads to the situation where students cannot find jobs while businesses cannot recruit suitable talents. Leading from the basic contents of professional competence and the orientation for university education reform, this article uses international economy and trade major as an example and proposes to reform the curriculum based on professional competence in order to enhance students' competitiveness in the job market.
