摘要
由于地理和信息等各种因素的限制,西部高校的社会工作专业教育存在“泡沫化”发展、专业教育与实际需求“断档”、师资力量不足问题。教育及主管部门应从主体、客体、教育体制等方面全方位着手,从而有效解决这些问题。
Limited by geography and information, western universities' social work education exist 'froth' question ,professional education and the actual demand are 'out of stock', teachers lack and other questions. The education and its department should resolve them from subject?object and education system.
