摘要
农业院校应为新农村的社会建设培养心系"三农"、服务"三农"社工人才。四川农业大学把社会工作专业特色定位为"农村社会工作",强化"双农培养":即"三农"情感培养和"三农"实践能力培养。在人才培养中,我们立足农业院校的使命和学科优势,以农村社会建设需求为导向,重点培养学生实践能力,坚持教师主导与学生主体相结合、理论课堂与社会实践课堂相结合、共性培养与个性发展相结合的"一个重点、三个结合"原则,狠抓实践教学条件建设,夯实实践课程体系基础,强化实践教学育人功能,探索立体化培养高素质农村社工本科人才的育人模式。
Agricultural University should train BSW for profession, who cares for agricuhure, countryside and farmers. In Siehuan Agricultural University, BSW for profession will be trained for the three farm-related aspects. In the process of training, we have been putting an emphasis on BSW＇s practical ability, basing on rural social construction and Agricultural University＇s mission and supremacy, by persisting in the principle of ＂One Keynote, Three Integrations＂ ,（The former refers to BSW＇s practical ability ,and the latter to integrating teacher＇s leading role with students＇ leading position, linking theory with practice, and binding universality and individuality in BSW character.）We establish an education doctrine for BSW＇s practical ability, by bettering the teaching conditions, laying solid foundations for increased practical ability, and strengtheningthefunction of practical education.
