摘要
农业高校毕业生在就业当中存在着“学农不择农”的现象。我们通过对几所农业高校农科专业的应届大学毕业生进行问卷调查,并结合我国农业和农村发展的情况进行客观地分析和研究,以探求学生学农不择农的原因,同时提出相应的对策。
Due to the existence of Agronomy Gra duates' reluctance to accept jobs in agricul ture,the writer conducts a survey among the graduates from several agricultural colleges.Taking into con sideration China' s present conditions of agri-culture and the development of count ryside,the writer makes a detailed a nalysis of the phenomenon with a view to reveal the causes and offer the solut ions accordingly.
