摘要
预应力混凝土预制梁是桥梁施工中常见的结构形式,本施工技术采用在桥墩承台上搭设钢立柱,在两桥墩间顺桥向布置钢桁架,然后在桁架上预制预应力混凝土梁,最后在盖梁上水平平移就位。该施工技术不需要地面上布置预制场地,不需要大型的吊车和运输设备,节省成本,适用广泛,尤其适用于现场施工场地有限的情况。
The PC-I girder is a common structure in the construction of bridge.This construction technology is to install steel columns on the foundation of pier,install steel truss along the bridge direction between two piers,and then fabricate the PC-I girder on the truss and locate the girder to design location by horizontal move.This technology is cost saving due to unnecessary of fabrication yard on the ground and equipment for installation and transportation of PC-I girder.This method could be widely used in the bridge construction,especially under the condition with limited jobsite.
